Getting ready to attend the IXDA Interaction 10 conference in Savannah, GA from Feb 4-7. Although this might be 10th for IXDA – it’s my first IXDA conference, and in fact the first in-person event for quite a while.
I’m looking forward to visiting Savannah and soaking in a little bit of the architecture and atmosphere of the city. Turns out that both the soaking and the architecture may be revisited a few times during the trip. Greg Petroff started up a thread around topics at the intersection of interaction design and built architecture that has turned into a Saturday lunch session. I am looking forward to wearing both my former architect and current interaction designer hats in this discussion. On the soaking front… well – weather looks damp over the weekend, but it sure beats the snow flurries threatening Philadelphia.
Find conference updates on Twitter and look forward here to a re-cap of sessions that I attend (and take enough notes for a credible recap!)
